WHO WE ARE:

Thank you for reading our blog! Our blog is written by two authors, Alex Nisbet and Christina Rogers. Christina graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Nutrition. She also completed a certified Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and is currently working as a Nutritionist for the Massachusetts WIC Program. Alex Nisbet graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Alex currently works as a Revenue Coordinator for IBM. We started this blog together as we both have a great interest in the world of health. While Christina is very interested in nutrition and cooking, Alex is more interested in supplementation and prevention, as well as exercise. We decided to put both of our interests together to create a website that not only provides health information, but also links you to nutritional supplements that can help improve your personal health.
